Five Decades of Trusted Florida Craftsmanship, Built to Last Through Every Storm.
Greg moved to the Sarasota/Bradenton area in 1973 and got his start in the aluminum trades alongside his father, who was deeply involved in the sales and development of Florida’s manufactured home communities. He earned his aluminum contractor license in 1979 and has spent the last five decades dedicated to quality workmanship, structural safety, and honest service. Beyond construction, Greg has a passion for aviation and is a licensed commercial pilot who has contributed to aerial wildlife and marine surveys for local agencies and nonprofits.
Kerry, a Tallahassee native, graduated from Florida State University with a degree in criminology. Before joining the family business in 2002, she worked as a health and safety inspector for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Her compliance background helps her navigate the complex local city and county permitting process, ensuring every project moves forward seamlessly without delays.
After Hurricane Charley, while running their own aluminum business, Greg and Kerry also managed storm-replacement projects for Greg’s father’s manufactured home dealership. They handled everything from demolition and site prep to home setup, custom additions, and final landscaping, ensuring every home was safe and move-in ready.
Managing the aftermath of Hurricane Charley completely shaped their commitment to durable workmanship. In recent years, as three major hurricanes tested Florida’s infrastructure, that hard-earned expertise became more essential than ever to protect and support its customers.
When they aren’t working, Greg and Kerry love exploring new places by air and on the ground. They enjoy traveling, coming home to relax with their pets, Grizzly and Miss Kitty, and always looking forward to the next adventure.
